Quarterly update!

well, it's been 3 months since i've blogged. so here I am, after work, at night, right before I sleep, having some time to spare and reluctant to do any work that I desire to be done magically... tada!

6 months probation is over. but i think the official email has yet to come because boss would probably be too busy to even process the admin. but anyway, work has been getting on pretty well. more projects are coming up, but sometimes it's hard to pull myself away from distractions at work. i'm still not really getting engaged at work, and I think i should really immerse myself in work; just keep the engine running and running. maybe I should just camp in office. hahaha.. it's afterall 24/7 guarded, I think.

so what happened in these 3 months?

hmm.. well, I had a nice trip to Cameron highlands with my family and yn. it was a short 2d2n trip, but mostly spent on traveling back and forth. i was quite delighted that she enjoyed herself, because I dont think many ppl would like to go on a trip like that to see the scenary. as i narrate the trip's sightings to the guys, i could sense their mockery when I said I was fascinated by the sunrise. haha.. one man's meat is another's poison.

there was another family trip with yn just before the cameron highlands. we went to the night safari! walking was really tiring. but still rather interesting lah.

oh ya, I got my driving license on my mum's birthday! woo... first try, lucky~ been driving rather regularly since then. and the money spent on petrol is also quite substantial. dad's handing some of the car expenses to me, like road tax. i guess i should do my part in that aspect since i'm using the car. but i think i'm getting more and more reluctant to take public transport. haha.. super lazy

haze is haunting singapore again, but this time, it's not going away any time soon. the psi went over 400. it was clearing these few days due to a wind change, and today we just got a hail storm in the west side of singapore. interesting. i thought i would only see that in australia, NSW, tamworth.

right after the trip, me and yn were looking at this bto in cck. we thought it was a good choice but changed our mind after we went down to the site and took a look around. i'm quite sure it's gonna be the same for the future bto. but i think we should spend more time to look around and know what we want rather than decide this on a haste. could be good or bad, but i feel more secured when i'm informed. hopefully we'll find something that we're confident of to make a choice!

i guess that's about all that is to update. for now.
